He is the President of the Port Moresby Chamber of Commerce and Industry (POMCCI), Vice Chairman of Cricket PNG, a Member of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC), and an occasional lecturer at the Legal Training Institute.

Janet Sios began her career as a chartered accountant before founding Frangipani Car Hire, now the leading car rental business in the New Guinea Islands, along with a printing company of the same name. She later partnered with her husband, Dr. Robin Sios, to take over and transform Paradise Private Hospital in Port Moresby into PNG’s first nationally owned private hospital. Janet currently serves as CEO of both Frangipani Printing Solutions and Paradise Private Hospital.

Enoch Pokarop

Mr. Enoch Pokarop is the Chairman of Exodus International Limited and holds a Bachelor of Economics and an MBA from UPNG, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Directorship from the University of New England, Australia. With over 36 years of experience in financial institutions since 1989, he has extensive expertise in financial management, corporate finance, investment analysis, project management, business strategy, and organisational restructuring. He is a member of the Australian Corporate Directors Association, Australian Institute of Management, and PNG Institute of Directors, and has completed various senior executive training programs. Mr. Pokarop currently serves on several Boards, including Trans Pacific Assurance Limited, Exodus Markets Limited, Digital Guru Limited, and the Port Moresby Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director for leading companies such as Marsh (PNG), Origin Energy (PNG), Ela Motors, BOC Gases (PNG), and BHP Steel Building Products.

Norah was appointed as Secretary to POMCCI in May 2025. She has wide experience in governance and corporate compliance with over 20 years of service in Papua New Guinea’s public and private sectors. She currently serves as Company Secretary for Paradise Company Limited and is also Secretary to the Papua New Guinea Institute of Directors undertaking board governance, statutory compliance, and corporate secretariat functions. Mary Johns, OL

Mary is a Lawyer by Profession. She joined Port Moresby Chamber of Commerce & Industry as Executive Officer in July 2025. For the past 12 months Mary has been assisting with the Council at UPNG. Prior to that she spent 21 years at BSP Financial Group where she was the Company Secretary from 2005 to 2023. She has over 2 decades of corporate governance experience having served as an Independent Director on CPL Group of Companies and as an Independent Committee Member on Oil Search Ltd’s various committees as well as a member on not-for-profit boards for Leadership PNG, Port Moresby Chamber of Commerce & Industry, 2015 Pacific Games Organising Committee, PNG Women Lawyers Association and Capital Rugby Union.
